Rain Barrels and Rain Barrel Covers Our barrels are heavy duty recycled food grade polyethylene so they may have a scuff or two. Our spin welded fittings are guaranteed not to leak for two years. The convenient brass spigot allows for easy attachment of a standard garden hose, built in overflow fitting with hose connector, plus you can easily connect two or more barrels in series. Our floral and pattern covers that are made of sturdy outdoor patio cloth and our solid color covers are made from ripstop nylon. Our rain barrels come in three basic configurations: Direct Connect This series is easy to connect to your downspout using “The Garden Water Saver” downspout diverter (Included with Direct Connect purchase). This is the most efficient way to connect and fill your Rain and Solar Rain Barrel and allows for more versatile placement options. Locking Screen Top This series is equipped with our exclusive cleanable drop-in screen filter that is easy to rinse clean and is replaceable. The lockable removable lid provides safety and makes for easy fall cleaning. The Rain and Solar Rain Barrel sits next to your downspout. Just add an elbow into your downspout above the screen filter and it is ready for the rain.
