YourShopZone.Com, Inc. makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy of the Content. All transactions made based on information from YourShopZone.Com are solely between you and the Vendor. Your sole rights and remedies shall be against the Vendor. By using YourShopZone.Com, you acknowledge and agree that YourShopZone.Com, Inc. has no liability for any cost, damage, or harm, directly or indirectly, in connection with the delivery, failure to deliver, performance, quality, or any other aspect of any products or services ordered via information from YourShopZone.Com.
YourShopZone.Com, Inc. reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of YourShopZone.Com at any time without prior notice or liability.
YourShopZone.Com, Inc. reserves the right, at its discretion, to change or modify all or part of this agreement at any time.

Your Shop Zone offers the following Returns Policy:

Return Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed!

All products sold by YourShopZone, Inc. are sold with, to the extent that such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
Please read all warranty material carefully as the warranty period, service and transferability varies by manufacturer and product. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization signed by an authorized YourShopZone representative.
Please email YourShopZone customer service at support@yourshopzone.com for an RA number. Returns without this authorization will not be accepted. RAs are effective for 30 days only.
The RA number must be printed clearly on outside of the carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging. If the RA number is not visible, the shipment may be refused. If shipping labels are placed on or RA numbers written on the manufacturer’s boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return. All original packaging and materials must be returned with the product.

YourShopZone using many different warehouses and fulfillment locations, so item must be returned to the original warehouse or original merchant. Once you obtain your RA number, you also will be given a return to address by our customer service. Do not return products to YourShopZone address, as they won’t be accepted.
All returns must be returned with freight PREPAID. Damaged and defective product replacements will be sent with no freight expense to the customer.
All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restock fee within 30 days of purchase and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded.

Defective product can be returned within 30 days of sale. After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.

Upon receipt and acceptance of returned items, YourShopZone will credit the customer’s account for merchandise costs. No cash refunds will be allowed. Credit on account will be issued for the amount paid on the original invoice.

The following items are not eligible for return:

1. Special orders, closeout items and discontinued items.
2. Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns.
3. Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use.
4. Color copiers, printers, fax machines, toner cartridges and consumables.

Please allow up to four weeks for return processing.
Returns will not be accepted 30 days after sale, regardless of reason.

Items that are Not Returnable

YourShopZone.Com does not accept returns of the following items:

• Hazardous items that are gas-powered or contain flammable liquids. (These items will say "This item cannot be returned" on their product detail page.)
• Computer laptops and desktops more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
• Downloadable software products.
• Gift certificates.
• Grocery products and Gourmet gift baskets.
• Items purchased from sellers other than YourShopZone.Com.
