Our History: The Windward Store is owned and operated by Windward Instruments. Established in 1999, Windward Instruments is a family owned and operated retail and wholesale distributor of clocks, ship's bell clocks, 24 hour clocks, tide clocks, weather instruments, and nauticals. Windward Instruments is focused on providing the best possible service to each and every customer.

Credentials: The Windward Store is an Authorized Dealer/Distributor of every product we sell. We are not "resellers" who purchase and resell products for profit. The Windward Store stands behind our customers, and the products we sell. We offer service and support through formal relationships with the manufacturers of our products, and are able to assist you properly.

Service: We believe in Please, Thank You, and personalized service. All email and phone calls to Windward Instruments are handled personally by our employees.. We do not employ customer service representatives, or contracted customer service providers. 

Privacy: Windward Instruments is committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. Our shopping cart utilizes many safeguards, including a 128 bit SSL encrypted secure connection to our server to prevent theft of your information. Our credit card processing includes strict verification of credit card information to help prevent the use of stolen credit or debit cards.

Additionally, we do not require registration to shop, or purchase from our online store, as many shoppers do not want to have their information "on file" in the interest of security. Registration is available for your convenience should you prefer. You will not receive bulk email marketing or "suggested product" email from The Windward Store.
