Store Policies
Returns:
Any unopened product may be returned and your account credited for the full amount of the product, less a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Order cancellation:
If you need to cancel an order that is in process, but has not yet been shipped, please contact Dr. Sakonyi immediately at 412-720-7197 or drjoy@wellspringwholehealth.com. If your order has already been shipped by the time your message is received, the product must be returned to Dr. Sakonyi before your credit card can be refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. All order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, to cover credit card processing fees.
Methods of payment:
All major credit cards are accepted: VISA, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express. No cash, checks, money orders, or purchase orders can be accepted for online orders.
