Bridalcandles.com holds to the following store policies:

Each candle is individually inspected, wrapped, and shipped as soon as completed. 

Our candles are insured during shipping by the United States Postal Service against loss, rifling, and damage.
Damage claims are handled by the USPS and may require inspection of product and packing material.  

Colors do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor. We have tried to provide the best photo representation possible. We have had customers purchase a small 5 inch table candle to sure our color meets their expectations.

Special Rush Orders my incur an additional shipping and handling fee.

Our candles are individually hand made and may vary slightly from the pictures shown. 

Nothing leaves my shop that I would not be proud to be used by my family during their wedding.
