SPECIAL RECALL NOTICE Due to a small quantity of manufacturing defects, ISR Technology will replace broken 500 gramLong Tom javelins (silver) that have broken during acceptable use. The javelins typically break at the nose section. To recieve a replacement part FREE of Charge, simply contact customer service at 814-464-6124 or email customerservice@turbojav.com. We will require a digital image to be taken of the broken part, and a replacement will be made. Shipping Most products ship within 1-2 business days of order.ISR Technology is not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipping. TURBO JAV INSTRUCTIONS- LONG TOM (500GR. AND 600GR.) Make sure the turbojav joints are tight at all times when throwing. They will loosen after many throws and needto be checked often. When done throwing turbojavs, unscrew Long Toms for storage. Use rubber bands to hold the shafts together and lay them on their side, or stand them straight up. It is very important not to store assembled, they will bend. If they do bend, heat them up with hot water or in the hot sun, then straighten them out. Then place the javelin in cold water for about 10 minutes. They are made straight and should come back in line. Never throw any turbojav in cold weather below 32 degrees. They are made to be thrown in 50 degrees plus and on soft surfaceslike grass. Long Toms can be thrown on hard surfaces like gym floors but will not last as long as grass or dirt fields. |
