Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Shipping costs are figured by the weight of your item. There is a $3.00 shipping and handling fee added for Domestic orders (which includes Insurance and Delivery Confirmation). There is a $4.00 shipping and handling fee added for International orders (no insurance nor delivery confirmation offered--ship USPS First Class International). On multiple item purchases shipped together, I will enclose a partial shipping refund in the box. I have not figured out how to have the website figure that before checking out. Sorry. But, I will send the refund in the box. On jewelry shipments, I usually just charge for the first item. On pottery shipments, I will charge actual cost plus $5.00 shipping and handling plus insurance for the total pottery shipment.
Q: How do I use a coupon? A: Currently there are no coupons offered.

A: There are 2 ways to do it: you can check the "Remove" box to the right of each item or set their Quantities to 0 and then click the "UPDATE" button underneath or the update icon ( ) in the item's row. Q: How do I change quantity for an item? A: Just type the desired Quantity for the item in the "Qty." box and click the "UPDATE" button underneath or the update icon ( ) next to it. Q: Why am I being asked for my email and a password? A: Your email is needed so you can receive a confirmation of your order and instruction to track it. All domestic shipments are sent insured with the cost included in the shipping fee. Tracking/Confirmation Delivery numbers are available on all domestic shipments. Q: How can I track my order? A: I provide all shipping and tracking information upon shipment. The tracking number will allow you to check on shipping progress on all Domestic shipments. Payment information Q: When do I get charged? A: Payment must be received prior to shipping. Q: Do you offer any guarantee? A: Yes. We GUARANTEE that each purchase you make is protected and safe.
