Navajo and renowned silversmith, L. Delgartio, has hand crafted a beautiful and showy men's belt buckle. He has two beautiful horses surrounded by hills, trees, and grasses overlay in this belt buckle. This is a unique and quality belt buckle--sure to receive many compliments. What an impressive buckle. The artist, L. Delgaritio, has stamped the inside of the buckle with his signature stamp of a L on the back--along with 'sterling'. His siverwork is impressive.

The buckle measures 3" long by 2-3/16" tall. It would hold a belt up to 1-3/8" wide.

Overlay is created by “sweating”, or soldering, two pieces of silver together. The top piece contains a design element which is meticulously cut out of silver. The bottom piece is oxidized and often textured to produce a contrasting background. They then carefully file, buff and polish to produce the fine finish on their beautiful item.
