Returns/Replacement Policy:
Here at TubeTape.com, our goal is to provide our customers with 100% complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days of the date of your purchase for a refund. There will be no refunds for shipping costs. The returned product must be in good condition and damage-free. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on any opened non-defective products. If you are exchanging product, we will waive the restocking fee. We recommend inspecting your items thoroughly upon receipt. If an item is defective, you must notify us within three days of receipt. We will then issue a return tag for the item and send a replacement at no charge to you. To return an item, you must call (916) 941-8823 or email us at sales@tubetape.com and obtain a return merchandise authorization number. Items must be returned in all original packaging and containers. We will not issue a refund for items not returned in their original packaging or items that are used and damaged by a customer. All items should be returned with a tracking number, as TubeTape.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Light bulbs are not covered by any warranty. If you receive a bulb that is broken, you must notify us within three days of receipt, and a replacement will be sent to you. We will not replace any broken or defective bulbs after three days.
Shipping Policy:
TubeTape.com reserves the right to substitute a shipping service if it results in upgraded shipping or faster service for our customers.
TubeTape.com will ship most orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Same day shipping will apply to any ground shipping orders placed before 12:00pm PST and on any express shipping orders placed by 2:00pm PST.
TubeTape.com is NOT responsible for any shipping delays as a result of the shipping company or customs clearing. This is considered out of our hands and we cannot be held liable, nor will any refunds be given for the failure of a shipping service. Additionally, TubeTape.com is NOT responsible for, nor will offer any refunds for any items stolen from homes/porches if there is proof of delivery from the shipping company.
International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service unless FedEx is chosen as an option. International orders that are less than $20.00 in value will be shipped via USPS First Class mail and no tracking is provided by the Postal Service. TubeTape.com is not responsible for any duties/taxes associated with the receipt of packages being sent internationally. TubeTape.com also cannot give quotes on any duties/taxes to other countries. Once tracking shows that the package has successfully been handed off to the foreign postal service, we can no longer be responsible for delivery of your item.
Individual items selling for more than $145 will require a signature upon delivery. All other items are delivered without signature requirement. If you require signature upon delivery, you can call us at (916)941-8823 with your request. Please note that any item(s) ordered with overnight shipping on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, unless you call our offices and specifically request a Saturday delivery.
Any purchase of Chromakey Paint that has been opened is non-returnable and non-refundable.
TubeTape.com warranties most items for one year after the date of purchase. Any warranty issues will be handled directly by TubeTape.com.
