Please understand our processing.
We custom mill our chemicals and custom package them specifically to meet each order. Chemicals that have been milled ahead of time are more hygroscopic and will be more likely to be clumpy and difficult to work with.
Therefore we do most of the milling after we receive your order in an effort to provide you with the
freshest, free flowing product as possible.
What does all of this mean?
If we have already started processing your order
and you decide to cancel it,
it will be subject to a 25% restock fee.

WE WILL NOT SHIP OXIDIZERS AND ALUMINUM POWDERS
TOGETHER IN THE SAME PACKAGE.
THEY MUST BE ORDERED SEPARATELY.

We will ship to the contiguous United States only.
Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days after receiving payment.
Orders can take longer to process and ship around holidays.

Our chemicals are shipped in heavy duty
heat sealed polyvinyl bags either doubled or tripled.
This keeps your chemicals 100% airtight and 100% waterproof during shipping.

OUR CHEMICALS HAVE AN UNLIMITED SHELF LIFE PROVIDING THEY
ARE KEPT IN A TIGHTLY SEALED CONTAINER.

If you are ordering the components for flash powder we must have a copy of your
BATFE type 50, or higher, license on file before we will ship to you.
