This is a great little piece of cat furniture, good construction and easily put together. I do however, disagree with the max cat weight. My older adult cats did not feel comfortable with the support and stability of the piece. ***I strongly suggest useage for young, agile cats and/or kittens, with a weight of 10 pounds or less per animal.*** Otherwise this piece was exactly as described and advertised as I bought it. (it was just easier to post if here for resale than try to return it)
