This 1980's vintage Vicky Vaughn dress still has manufacture's tag; still brand new, never been worn! Just washed to clean and freshen after 20 years in the back of the closet.

Pale blue color dress of silky-knit is long with back zipper and attached ties at waist. Bodice is empire waist with sheer floral lace inert and stand-up collar. Long sleeves with small cuffs of same lace as collar and hidden snap closures.
