Store Policies
All Sycard Technology products may be purchased on this webstore. Minimum order for webstore purchases is $125.00.
Current net-30 customers may purchase our products via company PO. We do not accept purchase orders for less than $500.00. Please FAX POs to (408) 354-1649 or email us at websales@sycard.com. At this time, Sycard Technology, is not accepting any new net-30 accounts.
We do not accept COD orders.
All purchases must be made via this webstore or company PO. We do not accept credit cards on the phone.
We cannot ship to countries covered by a distribution agreement. These countries include, Japan, Taiwan, China, Singapore and Germany.
Domestic Shipping
We ship via Federal Express, US Priority mail and UPS. You will find shipping rates when you checkout.
USPS Priority mail does not include tracking information. If you require tracking, please use Federal Express or UPS.
International Orders - We ship via Federal Express or or US Post Office (USPS) Priority Mail. While USPS is usually cheaper, we recommend Federal Express for guaranteed delivery. In our experience about 2% of our shipments via USPS are lost or undeliverable. So far Federal Express has provided 100% delivery. We will not replace or refund lost international shipments. If you select Federal Express it will show Next Day or 2 day service. This corresponds to FedEx International Priority an International Economy. Please see the FedEx website for transit times. FedEx does not offer overnight or 2 day service to international destinations.
Our offices are generally open from Monday through Thursday. Orders received after 12 noon west coast time are not shipped till the next business day. Many items are built to order and may be delayed. We will make all efforts to inform you of any shipping delays.
