Telephone Ordering
To place an order by phone, call us at: (323) 464-4118. Please include a detailed message which includes the SKU number of the item(s) you wish to purchase; your full name; email address; and your complete mailing address. Following email reciept of our invoice, you may then pay for your order via PayPal, check, or money order.
Sales Tax
California residents must add 8.25% Sales Tax to their orders.

Return Policy
Our primary goal is the complete satisfaction of our customers for every experience they have with SilentCinema.com. We guarantee the authenticity of every item that we offer and describe the condition of each item in detail. Therefore, we offer a seven-day return policy on every item that we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item/s within seven days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price (shipping charges are non-refundable).
To return an item, please contact us within three days of receiving the item to inform us of the return. All items must be returned to us in their original packaging in the same condition in which they were received. We will send you a confirmation via email that your returned item has been received and your refund of the full purchase price will be promptly credited.
