The image features a dramatic shot near the film's climax as the young toreador, Juan Gallardo (Rudolph Valentino), lies injured on the floor of an outdoor arena after being gored by the bull he has just killed. Advanced collectors will note that the particular image offered here is not a common one that is usually seen from this film. This older restrike still (which was printed from the original negative) is in very fine condition with virtually no flaws.
