About the Author: Rosie Jackson was born in Lancashire, England, and now lives in Munich, Germany. Following langauge and teacher training studies at the Universities of Durham and Oxford, she completed two years of voluntary service overseas in the People's Republic of China. She now works as a freelance artist, writing and editor. As mother of two children she is particularly concerned about promoting authentic expression, active awarness and self-confidence at an early age so that children learn effective communication skills, reach their full potential, and are capable of living harmonious unity.
