Scarlet Bliss is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. Scarlet Bliss does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. All products are shipped in plain packaging with no indication of the contents of the box printed on the outside. Policies/Terms of Service Fulfillment Policy: We have a large in-stock inventory and maintain a 85% order fill rate (does not include custom latex items). If any part of your order cannot be dispatched within 5 business days you will be notified at the time of your order. You may choose to put the out of stock items on backorder or cancel them. Shipping Policy: We strive to ship all items within 2 business days of receiving payment, often even on the same day! Clothing items are shipped via USPS priority mail. Small items such as masks can also be mailed by USPS first class if desired. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Custom latex orders can take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Return Policy: Due to the personal nature of our products, they are non-returnable unless significantly misrepresented. Please double check all measurements and ask any questions prior to purchasing, and educate yourself on the proper care of latex and leather with our product guides. We describe all items as accurately as possible. Payment Methods: We accept paypal and credit cards for all orders. You do not need to have a paypal account to use this method, you may also pay directly with a credit card with the Don't Have a paypal account? Use your credit card or bank account" option to the left of the page. This option will be available once you click "checkout" and are re-directed to the paypal screen. You may also call in your credit card payment directly to 401.475.9610. Money orders and personal checks are accepted with prior approval, checks may take up to 10 days to clear. Please email us with any payment questions. Special Order/Custom Design Policy: If you don't see exactly what you are looking for, we are happy to take special orders. We have suppliers all over the world and can help you find that perfect item. We also have a full custom design service. If you have a special outfit in mind, we can make it to your measurements and specifications! All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
