Capable of pleasing beginners and advanced users alike, this inflatable pear gag gives you total control. This adaptable attachment is meant to be used with our latex system mask (not included). It snaps on to the mouth and the wearer is faced with a pear shaped rubber gag. Even better, the pear can be inflated as large as you desire (be safe!) by using the attached hand pump.
