A stainless steel ball is inserted anally and the hook shape arches around the buttocks and back to secure to whatever you desire! Each movement of the wearer will influence how the anal hook feels inside them. If secured properly, it makes escape impossible. It has a total of 5" of insertable length and the ring is 1.5" in diameter.
