Store Policies
Shipping- All orders received before 1 pm EST are usually shipped the same day provided the item(s) are in stock. Any items that can not be shipped within three days are considered not in stock. We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. In some cases we can ship to Post Office Boxes, but a Street Address is required. Please ask if the item you would like can be shipped to a post office box prior to ordering. Rush orders (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day) will be placed on top priority. Additional fees will apply. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Tracking numbers will be provided on most orders. We do ship internationally via USPS Priority mail only. Please refer to our international order policies.
Returns & Exchanges- All returns require a RMA number. Please call or email Primetimeoutdoors.com before returning any items. Items without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 10 days of receipt of the item. Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit. A 20% restocking fee is applied on returns and exchanges. No returns on electrical parts, chemicals, optics and closeout merchandise. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval. When returning any product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as UPS or FedEX. Prime Time Outdoors does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping unless the wrong item was sent in error. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.
Store Hours- Our website is always open for ordering. Our retail store location and phone hours are known as store hours.
Out of Stock items and Backorders- We try our best to have everything in our online store available 100% of the time; however we do run out of some items from time to time. When an out of stock item is purchased a customer service representative will notify the customer and advise them of such. The customer will then have the option to keep the item on back order, receive a full refund for the item in question or accept a similar product at the listed price.
Shipping Fees- Ground shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 14 days. It is normally less than five days, but can take up to 14 days. We reserve the right to use any shipping provider for these orders. Shipping price listed online is not applicable on some oversize items and international orders, in these cases actual shipping via the lowest cost carrier will be charged.
Payment Options- PrimetimeOutdoors.com accepts the following payment options: *Visa *MasterCard *Discover * Paypal *Money Order/Cashiers Check.
International Orders- International orders are always welcome. You may place your order online and use the calculated shipping. If your country is not available for a given item, we do not ship that item to that location. This is generally due to size restrictions. We ship via USPS Priority mail only. USPS is generally much cheaper and in our opinion the most reliable service overseas.
Errors- PrimetimeOutdoors.com is not responsible for any typographical errors, pricing errors, omissions, inclusions or any other errors on our web site. We do our best to not make mistakes, but if you find one please let us know.
