Waist
To determine your waist size, measure around the smallest part, this is your natural waistline.
Low Waist
Measure approximately 2" below the natural waistline or 2 fingers below the navel. This measurement applies to pants, shorts & skirts that sit below the navel.
Hips
Your hip size is determined by measuring around the fullest part of your hip.
Bust Size
Remember your Bra Size and Bust Size are different measurements. To determine your bust size place the tape around the fullest part of your breasts, preferably while wearing your best fitting bra.
Bra Sizing
For best results, have someone else measure you with a cloth measuring tape. If you are in between sizes buy the larger size.
1. Measure Band Size. Take a snug measurement around your rib cage, directly below your bust and shoulder blades. Then add 4 inches, if you get an odd number (like 35), round up one to the next size (to 36).
2. Measure Cup Size. With bra on and clothes off, measure around the fullest part of your bust.
3. Compare bust measurement to band measurement. Subtract the band measurement (Step 1) from the bust measurement (Step 2). Then use the chart below to determine your cup size.
