All Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Shipping and handling rates are based on the amount you order:( see charts below )

General Shipping and Tracking:

Important Note: All times below are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order. Faster shipping is only a guarantee of delivery days AFTER the package leaves our warehouse, it is NOT a guarantee of total delivery days. Standard processing times apply for ALL orders. If you order items which are not in stock, choosing an express shipping method will not change when we are able to ship your order.

After the order leaves the warehouse, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carriers tracking system. Please allow the time before you start tracking your package. Orders placed with Prairie Passion may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchase, the shipping method you select during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). All Rush Order Packages come with a delivery confirmation and tracking number so you are able to track the location and the exact arrival date of your package(s). Processing Time: In most cases, your order will be processed within 2-3 Business days after your order is placed. Some Special Order Items from certain brands may take 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. Your In-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Please note: items do not state whether or not they are in stock on the item page. We try our best to pull listings that are out of stock until we can restock them; however, occasionally we miss some. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. If the items are not in stock and must be ordered, they will be shipped within 7-10 business days depending on the availability the particular item. Due to the volatility of, and constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock or discontinued when your order is processed. If the item is out of stock from the manufacturer it will take approximately 2- 4 weeks to be shipped. They are shipped via United States Postal Service Mail, UPS GROUND or FedEx. Please Allow 7-14 full business days for your order to be delivered. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

2-3 Day Select Shipping: Most items maybe shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2-3 days Select shipping method. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Order Processing Time remains the same as a Standard Package. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Express Delivery Shipping: Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Express Delivery shipping method. Please refer to the shipping charge below for rates. Please note that you can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business days After Leaving Our warehouse. (For Some cities refer to United State Postal Service. It may take up to 2 business days ) Order Processing Time remains the same as Standard Packages. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
