Store Policies

Ken's Speed & Machine Shop, Inc. offers the following Returns Policy:

All labor is warranted against defects in workmanship Only. Warranty on all parts is provided by manufacturer, not Ken's Speed & Machine Shop.
No warranty on high performance/racing applications unless specified by Us in writing.
Warranty is on the engine only or work done by us and not subject to any cost incurred for R & R or delivery.
All stock engines built completely by Us for "standard" automotive use are warranted for a period of 1 year or 12,000 miles, which ever occurs first.
Mild Street Performance & Commercial engines built completely & fired up by us are warranted for workmanship for a period of 60 days from date of shipment or pick-up.

No warranty on Short blocks except for workmanship.
Warranty is void on any engine that has been overheated, dis-assembled, improperly maintained or raced upon inspection.

All items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All return shipping or freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Unless arrangements worked out with us prior.
Any item returned must be approved with authorization number or will be refused and buyer subject to charges.
All Special Order items are Non Returnable.

No cash refunds, store credit only.

All returned items whether defective or new will be issues a new part to replace the defective part if under warranty or a Store credit only. No refunds.

Ken's Speed & Machine reserves the right to make adjustments or changes to any of the above policies.
