Payment

 

1.  We accept paypal for payment. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy.
2.  Currency at USD. Shipping Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days.
3.  Registered Airmail ship to Worldwide.
4.  To determine shipping costs for products please go through the process of ordering an item - you will proceed to the 'Shipping Information' page where shipping options are available.
5.  When you order a product you will first reach the 'Customer Login' page. You may 'Create a New Account' or 'Place  Order Without Account'. You will be directed to the Customer Information page where you provide information in the 'Ship To' fields. Once you have added your information, including postal code, click 'Continue' and you will be directed to the Shipping Information page.
6.  At the bottom of the page you will see the 'Ship Via' drop down field.
7.  You do not need to proceed past this 'Shipping Information' page if you are just determining shipping costs prior to ordering.
8.  All the shipment will be sent according to the paypal address, if your shipping address is different from the paypal address please inform us in advance within 12 hours after place the order, otherwise, we will follow the paypal address to arrange the shipment only.

 

 

Replacement

1.  Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned for replacement within 10 days of receipt.
2.  Replacement will be made 'in kind' for the original item.
3.  Shipping costs incurred in sending defective or damaged merchandise to us will not be reimbursed.
4.  We require that you e-mail for pre-approval prior to returning damaged merchandise for replacement.
