Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service account information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.


Q: How do you ship?
A: Most order will ship Via USPS Priority mail. Orders under $15.00 or 12 ounces may ship via First class mail. Heavy items will ship via UPS



Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Most orders ship within two business days of payment.


Q: Can I track my shipment?
A: Yes a tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment of your order.


Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: Credit card payments, Checks and Money orders. Paypal is accepted by request only.
If you want to pay via Paypal, checkout using the Money order option and request a Paypal invoice via email to info@phonekings.com
Please include your name and order # with your request.


Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes with some conditions. We will ship to most international destinations however we can only accept Paypal payments for international orders and shipping must be calculated manually.
If you want to receive a quote for an international order, checkout using the Money order option and request a Paypal invoice via email to info@phonekings.com
Please include your name and  order # with your request. We will send you a Paypal invoice for the total amount due
(you are not obligated to pay this). The sale will only be completed if you pay the Paypal invoice.


Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A; First class mail takes between 2 and 7 business days depending on location. Priority mail usually takes 2-5 business days. UPS takes between 2 and 6 business days.
International orders generally take between 10 and 20 days but can take up to 30 days and as long as 60 days to certain countries.


Q: What is your return policy?
A: Defective or incorrect  items can be returned to us for  exchange of like  items only.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance unless an incorrect item has been received.
We guarantee tubes to be free of manufactures defects for 25 days. We will not accept  mechanically damaged or broken tubes or tubes returned to us more that 30 days from delivery date.
All vintage, used, and NOS items are sold "as is" unless stated otherwise  in the item's description. These items are guarenteed to be as described only.

All returns/replacements  must be returned  within 15 days
(30 Days for tubes) and require a Return Authorization number (RA).
To request an RA, please send us an email with your full name and order # to
info@phonekings.com

Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.),
show no signs of wear, use or installation and include a Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box.
Special Orders, close-outs,  installed transformers and installed pickups are not returnable.
