First edition of only 5000 copies printed. As new, hardback in dust jacket. Signed and dated in 1999 in Ventura, CA by the author William F. Nolan. This is the only book to feature Erle Stanley Gardner as a main character in a mystery novel. It is fairly hard to fine in this new condition. Nolan is a close friend of Ray Bradbury, and in my opinion a writer of genius. COA comes with book. This book is one of the three Black Mask Series (or The Black Mask Boys- which consisted of the three contemporary mystery novelists Chandler, Hammet and Gardner).
