A facsimile dust jacket for the the first edition book of "Tarzan and The Lion Man" by Edgar Rice Burroughs. The book was published in 1934.
Published by Edgar Rice Burroughs, Inc in Tarzana, CA.
The jacket is pre-trimmed, folded and enclosed in Mylar, ready to put on your book. The inks and paper used are archival, and there is a LABEL AFFIXED to the verso of the jacket stating that it is a facsimile dust jacket as well as a printed statement along the jacket flap stating that it is a facsimile dust jacket. There is a tastefully rendered artist's monogram in the lower portion of the rear of the jacket flap which further attests that the jacket is a facsimile and collectible paper art object.
