There is a minute, very minute, closed tear at the very top of the dust jacket, barely worth the mention. The jacket will be enclosed in a crystal clear Mylar jacket protector. The book has all the colorful John Neill plates as was found in the rare original 1917 issue. This is a facsimile of the the original edition, but for the jacket design and publisher designations. Beautiful.
