BUDDY EBSEN. Immortal star of screen, stage and television.

Buddy Ebsen is perhaps best-known in modern times for his role as Jed Clampett in the hit TV series The Beverly Hillbillies. Also as roles as Davy Crockett's sidekick George Russel, and as Barnaby Jones, the famous  detective.

This is one of many rare and one of kind Buddy Ebsen items we will be putting up in the future for auction, so please bookmark us.

______________________________ Here we have a totally hand-calligraphized Humanitarian Award from March 1983 presented by the Palm Springs, CA Angel View Foundation, The Braille Institute and The American Cancer Society. It is nicely mounted on felt-covered board and trimmed in gold. The actual paper has been laminated. It measures 15-1/2" x 13" in size and is 1-1/4" thick. Also a bit heavy.

Again, this is another side to the depth of this man who was much more than Jed Clampett on TV.
