Typed Autograph Letter, Signed on White House stationary from President Ronald Reagan to Buddy Ebsen
A great signed letter to Buddy Ebsen from President Ronald Reagan, dated March 19, 1981 regarding Buddy Ebsen's musical comedy "Turn To The Right."
This letter is on White House Stationary and reads:
' Dear Buddy:
I know I'm very late on this - that you had your openings in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Unfortunately, mail now has to go through the mail room and takes some time in getting to me. I've just learned from Bernie Kamins about "Burn to the Right." So, even though I have no chance now to say "break a leg," just know that Nancy and I hope you're having tremendous success and we're delighted to know that you are doing this. There hasn't been enough stardust along the trail recently but I know that you will have taken care of that with your artistry. Nancy sends her love and we both wish you the best.
Sincerely,
Ron '

Both the letter and envelope are in fine condition. There is a bit of "shadowing" on the letter where something was resting on it, otherwise in perfect condition.
