Alice in Wonderland tiles, grouted, set in wooden frame
By JOHN ANTHONY MILLER, Artist
Produced by California Pottery and Tile Company
A limited edition of only 350 sets designed and rendered by the renowned miniature etcher and engraver John Anthony Miller. Noted for his "Alice in Wonderland" this set of four tiles have been produced by California Pottery and Tile Company in California. Millers "JAM" monogram can be seen in the lower right corner tile.
Each tile measures 8 inches square. The total size of the work of art is 17" x 17" and is framed in a stained oak frame which has been backed solidly with a fine birch plywood. These are QUALITY tiles, each has been hand-painted and rendered. This piece could also be made to be a small table. The tiles are made to last at least a thousand years and are tough and will take daily use with no problem at all.
The piece weighs 11 pounds and will be sent via UPS ground, boxed and padded and charged at our cost. Cost is estimated at $20 within the continental USA. Hanger strip also comes with the piece.
Limited to a first run of only 350 pieces, each piece will have a number cured into the lower left tile for all to view. This piece looks much more vibrant in real life, but we have made an attempt to show you how nice it does look. If so desired, the back of the assembly can be signed and dated by the artist.
