Facsimile dust jacket for the first edition book
of
Dark Carnival

One of the greatest books in American literature.
This dust jacket has been color matched with an
original first edition dust jacket and has been rendered as an artistic
work to restore the appearance back to the way it as first issued back in 1946.
The dust jacket is printed "Facsimile Dust
Jacket" on the rear jacket panel and the verso of the jacket has
printed on that this is a facsimile dust jacket. As is our practice,
each of our facsimile dust jackets are labeled as facsimile
jackets.
Trimmed, folded and enclosed in Mylar, ready to put onto your book. Each
one of these dusts jackets are printed individually at our studio in
Ventura, CA using archival ink and using acid-free paper. Before shipping
and after inspection, each jacket has
also been signed and dated by the artist-restorer, John Anthony Miller, on verso
of the jacket, in ink, making it a collectible in its own right. This jacket will also fit the
American Book Club edition, which were done around that time, size 8-1/8" in height. We
