The classic short story from 1946 and literary Halloween treat since its publication.
The Homecoming
Ray Bradbury
Fine in fine dust jacket. Originally published in "Mademoiselle" magazine in 1946. It is a story of an ordinary boy in an enormous family of ghouls attending a family reunion on Halloween. Simply charming. This is one of the "Wonderfully Illustrated Short Pieces" (WISP) series from the publisher illustrated by award-winning artists. This little charmer is a first printing. I personally presented the book to Ray Bradbury for his signature in Los Angeles, and I will include a COA with the book. The dust jacket will be protected with a crystal clear Mylar jacket protector to keep it new looking.
