THE OZIADS

Here is a pretty rare item, published in a low number 11 years ago and only then for esoteric Wizard of Oz fans. In this rare hard back book, are 40 poems written by Fred Otto, considered the Poet Laureate of Oz. He wrote a poem for each of the 40 Oz books in the classical canon of Oz books. I have tried to photograph one section to show you the content. They are very good and very witty. Fred Otto has sadly passed away some years ago. Further, the book is interlaced with color reproductions by Rob Roy MacVeigh, who passed away at a young age, but is considered a major contributor to the illustrations of Oz. The endpapers and page embellishments are by John Anthony Miller (shown). The book is a large format hard cover in a green leatherette cover with gold lettering. The book is as new.
