Very good copy. Printed in same month and year as the first issue. The cover has been hand-painted and a photo of Foch has been tipped onto the front fixed endpaper by an admirer E. S. Sayer, Commander Rivera Post No. 3 of the American Legion 1928 in Nice A.M. France (with himself in the photo in the background) from a Jan. 1929 speech in France.
