This facsimile dust jacket will also fit the early Viking Press editions.

The original dust jacket was digitally scanned restored from an original by fine artist John Anthony Miller (johnanthonymiller.com) and has been trimmed, enclosed in a Mylar jacket protector. It has been printed with archival inks on 120GSM paper. 

This facsimile dust  jacket has "Facsimile Dust Jacket" tastefully printed on the rear jacket flap and has the monogram of "JAM" at the bottom of the rear jacket flap. 

Additionally, this dust jacket has a label affixed to the VERSO of the jacket, stating that it is a facsimile dust jacket and signed by John Anthony Miller.
