An Alice in Wonderland Giclée print from an original 2" x 3copperplate etching by John Anthony Miller. The artist John Anthony Miller is known around the world in estoteric circles for his highly detailed miniature etchings and engravings, many of which are no longer in production, but we now pleased to be able to offer you enlarged versions of many of them as quality, signed Giclée prints directly from the artist who is still living. He was known in the 1980's as the foremost miniature etching artist with his work in many renowned doll houses in every state of the union and in Europe. He is now beginning to resurrect his fantastic artistic career with his work beginning this year to also be featured in some of the better USA art galleries as well. This is an enlargement of a miniature etching with some engraving, done in 1983 for the company Yarwood Enterprises, and reproduced as a Giclée print in the year 2005. The image size is 4.5" by 7.0" in a sepia color and the paper size is 8" x 10". Originally this particular work of art was renderd on copperplate and measured 2" by 3" in size ! and represents figures from a dominant recurring theme in the artist's life and art, "Alice in Wonderland" which originally was penned in the 1800's by Lewis Carroll. The print is hand-titled and signed in pencil by the artist under the image and comes with a Certificate of Assurance to protect your investment. Printed with archival ink on archival paper.
