Warranty is lifetime for all Activewerks tables. Assembly is required for all Activewerks tables. Estimated assembly time for first table is approximately 30 minutes (less for subsequent tables) for a reasonably handy person. Phone assistance during assembly is available during normal business hours from the manufacturer.
We require that you fill out and fax back Transit and Delivery form so that the manufacturer can determine the best way to ship and deliver your product(s) for your specific facility and location.
