Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and money orders. No checks please.
Q: Where do I mail my check or money order? A: Neatsigns - PO Box 24352 - Knoxville, TN 37933
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Do we make custom items? A: Only the products under the custom category can be customized.
Q: Do the decals go inside or outside a vehicle window? A: The bottom of the decal is sticky so it will go outside your vehicle. We can "reverse" the decal for inside mounting/outside viewing if your payment requests it but keep in mind if your window is tinted visibility will be lessened.
