Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: There are no shipping costs: you download the mp3 directly to your computer.



Q: How do I listen to the MPformance?
A: Download it from our site to your computer, then you can listen to it from your computer, or you can load it onto your iPod or other mp3 player.



Q: I'm a producer. How do I contact your performers about an opportunity?
A: Email loubank at tenangrypitbulls dot com. We don't represent any of the performers, but we'd be very glad to pass your opportunity on to them.

Once you've recorded your performance as per the terms of the contract, mail a copy of the signed contract and a CD of the performance to Lou Bank, at the address noted in the contract.



Q: I want to record an MPformance for your consideration. How do I do that?
A: First, read the contract (download by clicking here). If satisfactory to you, please submit your performance as a high-quality sound recording in either the .wav or .aiff file format, created using one of the following programs: Digidesign ProTools, MOTU Digital Performer, Ableton Live, Apple Logic, Roland/Cakewalk Sonar, or any other audio recording hardware or software that will produce professional-quality results. The recording should be made using somewhere between a Shure SM-57 mic and a AKG C414. You should record your performance in a relatively soundproofed environment. Entries submitted with background noises and humming can neither be accepted nor will be returned. Mail your CD and signed contract to:

Q: Help! All this technical stuff is confusing to me!
