Holiday Shipping Guarantee
During the Holidays, buyMoxie.com wants to assure their customers that gifts arrive at their intended destinations in time for Christmas day.  Consequently, a Holiday Shipping Guarantee is sometimes offered. The guarantee is for standard in-stock items ordered before a pre-determined date.  (Dec 17 for 2009)  Should an order be placed by that date and buyMoxie.com or UPS fails to deliver before Christmas Day, the full shipping cost of the order will be returned to the purchaser in the form of a store credit.  Notices of non-delivered will be verified through UPS Tracking.
