Shipping and Handling

SHIPPING

Customer Service is our top priority. In most cases, orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Delivery time depends on shipping method chosen. Total delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time. All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. To provide you with the best possible value, we charge exact shipping for all U.S. domestic orders based on the weight of your order.

Domestic Orders - You may choose between three shipping methods - Standard, Priority or Express.

Standard Shipping (Default Method) – Single disc DVDs will be shipped First Class (shipping time 3-7 days). The shipping cost for most single DVDs is $1.68. Two disc sets and boxsets are shipped via Media Mail (shipping time 7-14 days). The starting Media Mail rate is $2.23. If more than one movie is purchased, the order will be shipped Media Mail. Please note that shipping times vary based on time of the year and distance from our worldwide headquarters in Denison, Iowa. Christmas holidays increase shipping time. Shipping times listed above are an estimate based on what is normal for most times of the year.

Priority Shipping – Shipping time 2-4 days. The starting Priority Mail rate is $4.80.

Express Mail - Shipping time 2-3 days. The starting Express Mail rate is $19.50.

Arrival Time - Please note that arrival time equals processing time (1-2 days) plus shipping time.

Delivery Confirmation - Included on all orders for no additional charge. A Delivery Confirmation Number will be provided in the email sent to you when your order is shipped. Please note that it may be a day or two before tracking information appears on the postal service website.

Insurance - Included at no additional charge. If your movie is lost or damaged, we will replace it. Buy with confidence from Movie Magic USA!

International Orders -

You may choose between three shipping methods - First Class International, Priority International or Express International.

First Class Mail International (Default Method) – Normal shipping time 7-14 days. All orders over 4 pounds are automatically shipped via Priority Mail International, per postal service requirements.

Delivery Confirmation – Not available for First Class Mail International.

Priority International - Normal shipping time 4-7 days.

Express International - Normal shipping time 3-5 days.

Arrival Time - Please note that arrival time equals processing time (1-2 days) plus shipping time.

Insurance – Included at no additional charge. If your movie is lost or damaged, we will replace it. Buy with confidence from Movie Magic USA! Due to customs delays, no refund or replacement will be issued for 30 days on International orders. If order has not arrived within 30 days, a refund or replacement will be issued.

Customs Delays – Please note that delays in Customs can drastically impact delivery times on international orders. Movie Magic USA is not responsible for customs delays and cannot predict with certainty delivery times for International Orders.

Duties & Customs Fees – Duties and Customs fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. Concerns or questions regarding these fees should be directed to your local Customs officials, as we have no knowledge or responsibility in the assignment of these fees.

DELAYS & BACKORDERS

a) Movie Magic USA is dedicated to filling all orders placed as quickly as possible. In some cases, items may be delayed or backordered. You will be notified by email in the event of a delay.

b) In rare instances that Movie Magic USA is unable to ship your order within 30 days, we will automatically cancel your order and notify you by email.

RETURN POLICY

a) Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Defective and damaged items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Please include your order number and an explanation of the defect with all returns, and let us know if you want a replacement or a refund.

b) If you return an item that is not defective because you simply no longer want the item, it must be in unopened and in like-new condition. In this case, Shipping & Handling will not be refunded, and restocking fees may apply.
