Domestic Orders - You may choose Media Mail (most economical but slowest - 7 to 14 days transit time plus processing), First Class (transit time 4 to 7 days plus processing), or Priority Mail (delivery time approximately 4 days plus processing) Please note that shipping times vary based on time of the year and distance from our worldwide headquarters in Denison, Iowa. Christmas holidays increase shipping time. Shipping times listed above are an estimate based on what is normal for most times of the year.
Delivery Confirmation - Included with all Domestic orders. A Delivery Confirmation Number will be provided in the email sent to you when your order is shipped. Please note that it may be a day or two before tracking information appears on the postal service website.

International Orders -
International customers may choose:
First Class Mail International (normal delivery 7-14 days plus processing time).

Insurance - Included at no additional charge. If your movie is lost or damaged, we will replace it. Buy with confidence from Movie Magic USA! Due to customs delays, no refund or replacement will be issued for 30 days. If order has not arrived within 30 days, a refund or replacement will be issued.
Customs Delays - Please note that delays in Customs can drastically impact delivery times on international orders. Movie Magic USA is not responsible for customs delays and cannot predict with certainty delivery times for International Orders.
Duties & Customs Fees - Duties and Customs fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. Concerns or questions regarding these fees should be directed to your local Customs officials, as we have no knowledge or responsibility in the assignment of these fees.
a) Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Defective and damaged items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Please include your order number and an explanation of the defect with all returns, and let us know if you want a replacement or a refund. b) If you return an item that is not defective because you simply no longer want the item, it must be in unopened and in like-new condition. In this case, Shipping & Handling will not be refunded, and restocking fees may apply.
