Q: What is the cost for delivery confirmation and insurance?

A: Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are provided by Movie Magic USA on every order. There is no extra charge for these services. Delivery Confirmation numbers are provided in the Item Shipped Notification sent at the time the order is shipped.

Q: Do you ship overseas or to APO/FPO addresses?

A: Yes! We will gladly ship to international or military addresses. As a retired U.S. Marine, I consider it an honor to serve those who serve our nation.

A: Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q: How quickly do you ship orders and how long does delivery take?

A: Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Media mail takes 7-14 days to arrive, while Priority mail takes from 2-5 days to arrive. Holiday seasons can extend delivery times. Special Order items can take longer to ship, sometimes up to 21 days. If an order is not shipped within 2 business days, the customer will be notified by email of the delay. Refunds will be immediately issued when requested by the customer. If we are unable to ship a special order item within 30 days, we will automatically contact the customer and offer a refund.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Payment can be made via PayPal, Credit Card, Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order. If you are mailing your payment, the address will be provided during the check-out process.

Q: What is your return policy?

A:We have a 100% guarantee on every item we sell. If you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, whichever you prefer. Please include your order number and an explanation of the defect with your return. If an item is returned that is not damaged or defective, a re-stocking fee may apply.

Q: What does Region 1 mean?

A:Region 1 means that the disc is formatted to play on DVD players manufactured for the United States and Canada. Region 1 discs will not work on players formatted for any other region. All of the DVDs we sell are Region 1. If you have an All-Region player, which can easily be found by shopping the internet, you can play all DVDs, regardless of the region code.

Q: What does Coming Soon mean?

A: Coming Soon is a DVD that has not yet been released. We list Coming Soon DVD’s about 30 days prior to their release date. We will ship the Coming Soon DVD the moment it arrives in our store. If your order consists of multiple movies, we will ship all the movies currently in release, and the Coming Soon DVD will be shipped on its release date.

Q: Will you extend your guarantee for Christmas orders, since a problem might not be identified until after the 30 day return period.

A: Yes, we will extend our guarantee to 30 days past Christmas.

Q: Can I get an order shipped in time to arrive by Christmas?

A: To ensure an order is received prior to Christmas, we recommend Priority Shipping for all orders placed after December 5th. With Priority Mail, an order should be placed no later than December 17 in order to ensure delivery by Christmas.

A: Iowa residents only will be charged Sales tax.

A: Our facility is not equipped for customer pick-up. All orders are shipped directly to our customers.
