Description: Alex (Stiller) and Nancy (Barrymore) are proud new owners of a duplex. With the duplex comes their tenant that the realtor states as "a kind old lady that will probably die shortly." Instead their tenant keeps them busy fixing things while ruining their lives. Mrs. Connelly has a long term lease, and as things become more and more difficult, Alex and Nancy begin to wonder if she won't go away on her own, perhaps a more drastic (and permanent) solution may be in order!
