FANEX FILES - HAMMER FILMS

Fanex Film Conventions were held in the Baltimore area from 1984 - 2004.  Over that time, hundreds of actors and filmmakers from the world of classic horror attended and shared their memories.  This DVD tells the incredible story of the legendary Hammer using interviews from those conventions, as well as numerous film clips. Interviews include the one & only Christopher Lee, Ingrid Pitt, Jimmy Sangster, Veronica Carlson, Val Guest, James Bernard, Freddie Francis, Caroline Munro, Virginia Wetherall, Michael Ripper, Barbara Shelley, Yutte Stensgaard and more.  I attended the 1999 convention in which Christopher Lee and Michael Ripper appeared and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime gathering. For fans of classic Hammer, this 2009 DVD is not to be missed.
