What if I want something I don't see on your website? We have access to over 350,000 different parts and accessories. Call us at 1-800-241-2222 and ask our sales support staff for the item you want. Why don't we send packages C.O.D.? In order to keep our prices low we do not accept C.O.D. payments. However, we do accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, American Express and Pay Pal. You can also prepay your order with a money order or cashiers check. How long will it take to get my order? We want to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders are received within 5 to 7 working days. With the new banking regulations, many times we have to verify your credit card billing information with your bank. This can add a day or two to the process. (You can expedite this by giving information that matches what the bank has on file for you.) Occassionally an item may be back ordered. If this happens, we will ship the item as soon as it is received from the manufacturer. What about sales tax Currently, we are only required to collect sales tax for shipments into Florida.
