By roasting this coffee to a City + (light medium) roast, amazing flavors emerge in this delicately-bodied cup.  You will experience hints of spice, nuttiness, subtleties of chocolate, but AMAZING fruitiness in this "pulp natural" processed coffee.  The body is very nicely balanced, and the lingering aftertaste is quite enjoyable.
