We love our Sumatras, and this FTO Mandheling is absolutely delicious. While we take our other Sumatra to a medium roast, we keep this one just shy of medium to bring out all the deep earthy tones mixed in with the brightness of rich fruit. Deep and complex, yet bright and lively.
