This darkly roasted Ethiopia is a smooth cup from start to finish. While Ethiopias are known most for their numerous berry-like flavor attributes, we have focused most on mellowing some of those high notes and deepening the natural sweetness inherent in the beans. The result is a dark roast with lighter body and delicious hints of citrus as the cup cools.
